1000 Gallon Fuel and Lube Truck
- Bed Construction: Valew lube and service body conforms to ASTM and DOT specifications and is constructed out of steel and aluminum plate or steel channels. All body components are mounted to provide maximum ground clearance and are permanently labeled.
- Compressed Air System: Atlas hydraulic driven compressor producing 29 CFM with Sampson extra heavy-duty reel. System is complete with 50’x3/8” hose assembly, air tank, quick disconnects, and blow gun.
- Tanks: Valew standard tank package includes (1) 1000-gallon diesel tank, (4) 90-gallon oil product tanks, (1) 90-gallon stainless steel anti-freeze tank, (1) 90-gallon waste oil recovery tank, (1) DEF system for 55gl poly drum, and (1) 120lb grease station. The tank package is customized to fit your needs.
- Plumbing: All hoses and lines are appropriately sized, and pressure rated for function. All hose fittings are swivel type. Diesel, Oil, coolant, DEF, and reclaim pumps are air driven Sampson brand pumps and fitted with 50’ hose assemblies to give you maximum flexibility and range. 2” Wiggins bottom fill, and manifold for oil bottom fills.

- Bed Construction: Valew’s lube and service body conforms to ASTM and DOT specifications and is constructed out of A-36 3/16” plate or channels. All body components are mounted to provide maximum ground clearance.
- Compressed Air System: Atlas hydraulic driven compressor producing 40 CFM with Sampson extra heavy-duty reel. System is complete with 50’x3/8” hose assembly, 30-gallon air tanks, quick disconnects, and blow gun.
- Tanks: Valew tank package includes, (1) 2000-gallon diesel tank, (4) 90-gallon oil product tanks, (1) 90-gallon stainless steel coolant tank, (1) 175-gallon waste oil recovery tank, (1) DEF system for 55-gallon barrel, and (1) 55-gallon grease station. The tank package can be customized to fit your needs.
- Plumbing: All hoses and lines are appropriately sized, and pressure rated for function. All hose fittings are swivel type. 2000gl Diesel and product pumps are hydraulic driven pumps that are pressure compensated, coolant, grease, and reclaim are air driven Sampson brand pumps, all fitted with 50’ hose assemblies to give you maximum flexibility and range. Diesel to have a 2” Wiggins bottom fill with auto shut off, and oil products to have bottom fills as well.
